Butterfly Card-May Arts Stampendous Hop

Hi Welcome to the May Arts and Stampendous Hop :)  Thank you so much for taking the time to see the card I created.

This Butterfly is one of my most favorite stamps of all times and I have used it several times.

The Aged teal embossing enamel has little flecks of gold in it so I thought it would be fun to bring out that gold with some gold paper from DCWV and some gold twine from May Arts.
I love the results and I can't wait to mail it out :)  Make sure you stop by everyone's posts, there are prizes to be had :)

Hello Love Explosion Box-DCWV

Welcome DCWV fans! It’s Jenifer from the DCWV Social Media Design Team!  I want to share a fun project that I made with the Hello Darlin Stack.  This is one of the sweetest stacks, it has nice beautiful colors and fun bicycles, telephones and typewriters.  I created this fun explosion box for my sweetie for Valentines day.

I clustered some flowers and butterflies on the top of the lid to give my box some dimension.

This is the inside.  The center has some flowers and a fun typewriter in the middle.  I cut out some fun cards with nice sentiments and adhered them to the outside corners.

Here is a close up of the center.  I love the colors of this stack and I have plans in the works for more projects so stay tuned.

Butterfly Luminary-May Arts

Hi there May Arts fans :)  This is Jenifer here with you today to share a fun project that I have been working on.  I absolutely love it!!
Have you see these awesome Fairy Lanterns over at the Pixie Hill?  She has a tutorial and these are amazing and I have already made several.

Here is a close up of the lid with a bunch of beautiful May Arts ribbons.  I used the wired beads to help my butterflies flutter.  I sprayed the White Adhesive Ribbons with some glimmer mist to give them just the right shade of blue to match the paper.

It looks like an ordinary mason jar until you turn on the little tea light inside and turn off all the lights and there is where the magic happens.  I know that there are more jars to be made in my future.

Valentine Box-WOW

Hi this is Jenifer here with you today to share this altered Valentine box that I created.

I had this heart shaped box laying around for just the right project to re decorate and with Valentines day coming up right around the corner I thought now was the time.  I first covered the box with some white on white patterned paper and then embossed over the top of that.

Here is a close up of some of the beautiful Wow Embossing powders.  Don't you just LOVE how nice and sparkly they are?

Once I had the base layer completed I then just layered ribbons and flowers until I had the desired look.  Don't throw away those fun boxes next time turn them into little pieces of art.

Celebrate-TOW

Welcome ThermOWeb fans, Jenifer here with you today to share a fun project that I made for the CHA booth.  The theme is "Celebrate" and the first thing I thought of was Birthdays and Birthday Parties.
I created this fun, bright and cheerful banner using a lot of the foils.  Using 1/2" super tape I taped both sides of the banners and then simply placed the foil over the top and peeled it back  Super easy.

I also placed a silver doily in the center of the medallions using the new Toner sheets and Silver foil.  These give the banner a little extra sparkle.

To finish off the party I made some tiny paper top hats.  The hat bows and bands were made with the toner sheets and foil, while the feather and the green bow were foil accented with the new foil pens.  These pens are so great and allow you to add fun details anywhere you wish to have foil placed.  Allow the pen to dry and then apply the foil and run it through a laminator and great things happen.

ThermOWeb supplies used:
Foils used- Red, Ocean Blue, Spring Green, Gold, Teal, Pink Melon, Pumpkin, Lime, Magenta

Other Supplies used:
Patterned paper DCWV
Ribbons-May Arts
Thank you so much for taking the time to look at my projects today.  Make sure you stop by all week for the awesome items that will be in the booth this weekend.
